● Over 30 injection moulding machines ranging from 25T to 200T, all with robot manipulators.
● Production of technical plastic parts on single or multi-cavity moulds between 0,03g and 250g.
● Overmoulding of inserts with 3 axes robots.
● In-house mechanical workshop for mould maintenance, mould repairs and mould modifications.
● Ability to use experienced subcontractors in the design and manufacture of new moulds.

Assembling of complex subunits

● Manual, semiautomatic and automatic assembling : plastic + plastic, plastic + metal, …
● Complete assembling of parts for electronical, electrical, automotive sectors, leisure accessories, …
● Years of experience in assembling parts with high quality requirements.

Pad printing and Decoration

● Single station or multi-station machines.
● Varying degree of complexity of pad printing.
● In-house painting facilities.
● Ultrasound welding of plastic parts.
● Ability to use experienced subcontractors on the metal finishing and Ultrasound welding of plastic parts.
